But prefer a safer option? Then go for our Fixed ROI loan. With this loan, the interest rate is fixed. You can choose to invest in a specific real estate project or for a loan over a fixed, pre-agreed period. In the latter case, we will invest your capital in multiple real estate projects until the term expires. On an annual basis, you will receive an agreed interest rate over an agreed term. At the end of this term, you can choose to reinvest your capital or to liquidate it. When investing 70% of the purchase value of a specific real estate project, you can use a first mortgage right.
FLEX Return
And looking for a potentially higher return than with the Fixed ROI loan? Then we advise our Flex ROI loan. With this option, you have the opportunity to have a share in a specific real estate project. Proportionally, you will share in the result (profit/loss) of the respective investment. You will be involved in the entire process, from selecting the property to liquidation. This includes the chosen strategy, expected returns, and corresponding duration. At the end of this term, you can choose to reinvest your capital or liquidate it.

FIXED Return

For those who want to invest with a fixed return and low risk, we recommend our Fixed ROI option. Please note that the results are expected to be lower than with our Flex ROI option.

A loan agreement with a fixed interest rate has a minimum term of 24 months.

You can have your capital invested with us at a fixed interest rate of 6%. The return is not dependent on our results when a fixed interest rate agreement is in place.

You can start with a minimum investment of €50,000 for a fixed return.
FLEX Return

For those who want to invest with the expectation of potentially higher results compared to the Fixed ROI option.

With the participation agreement, you are essentially a financial shareholder of one or more projects. For this reason, we do not work with a fixed duration. You will receive a forecast of the expected duration of the respective project(s). This can range from 12 months to several years. During our intake, your personal situation will be taken into account so that we can explore suitable options together.

The Return is dependent on the results of our real estate investments. At this moment the profit/loss expectations are within a range of 5%-15%

You can start with a participation agreement with a minimum amount of €50,000.
